Insurance & Fees
Access to care should feel approachable and transparent.
Here you’ll find information about insurance, fees, and the options available to help make therapy more accessible for you.
Insurances Accepted (TBD)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

- Aetna PPO

- United HealthCare

Insurance plans and benefits vary. If your insurance is not listed above, please contact OCC to inquire about potential coverage or out-of-network benefits.
While Olive & Clay Counseling will verify your insurance benefits as a courtesy, please note that verification is not a guarantee of coverage. It is recommended clients reach out to their insurance company directly to receive the most accurate quote of benefits.
Clients are responsible for any copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or fees not covered by their insurance plan. Payment is due at the time of service.
Self-Pay
- Individual Sessions
$190

- Family Sessions
$210

- Group Sessions
TBD

Additional services such as documentation requests, evaluations, or court-related involvement may be subject to separate fees.
Some clients prefer the privacy and freedom that comes with paying out of pocket. Self-pay allows us to tailor your therapy experience without insurance limitations or required diagnoses. Payment is collected at the time of session.

OCC understands that cost can be an important consideration. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss self-pay options.
Cancellation Policy
- Late Cancelation
$115

- No - Show
$115

Fees charged for late cancellations or no-show appointments are non-refundable.
This policy helps honor the time reserved exclusively for you and supports the sustainability of the practice.
Each appointment is a space set aside exclusively for you. If something comes up, please let me know at least 48 hours
(or more) in advance so we can offer that time to someone else in need.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full session fee. Sessions not attended within the first 15 minutes of the allotted hour will be marked as a "no-show".
Because insurance does not cover missed sessions, the fee is the client's responsibility.
This policy helps protect both the integrity of our work together and the accessibility of care for others.
